このため、ビジターバースの使用についての日程調整等については必ずメールにて連絡をお願いいたします。

メールの件名に「ビジターバース」の文字が入力されていると連絡がスムーズに行えます。

必要に応じて、返信メールで担当者の携帯電話番号をお知らせします。

また、スケジュール等の確認ができた調整できた場合には、『係船施設使用願書』を提出してください。

こちらからダウンロードして必要事項を記入のうえメールに添付して提出頂けるようにお願いします。

なお、ビジターバースをご利用になられた方は、来客記録に載せるデータ及び写真の提供をメールにてお願いします。
